As a Business Broker, Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Licensed California Real Estate Broker, and CFO of LegalWise Brokers, Inc., Reena works with business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs to evaluate, grow, prepare, and transition their businesses. Her work focuses on helping clients understand business value, identify opportunities to increase value, navigate sales and acquisitions, and plan for successful ownership transitions.
Reena’s background combines business brokerage, commercial and residential real estate, legal administration, financial management, property management, human resources, compliance, and operational leadership. Licensed in real estate since 2018 and active in property management since 2010, she has extensive experience in transaction coordination, pricing strategy, negotiations, escrow management, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services.
Her professional journey began in 2003 in the legal industry, working alongside attorneys in matters involving real estate, business, contracts, employment, and compliance. This experience gave her a strong working knowledge of contracts, business formation, entity management, risk management, and transaction documentation, which she now applies to business sales, acquisitions, commercial real estate, and exit planning engagements.
In addition to her brokerage and advisory work, Reena has significant experience managing and scaling multi-entity professional service businesses. She has overseen financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll, billing, collections, internal controls, compliance systems, and disaster recovery planning. She has also developed operational infrastructure, hiring systems, employee training procedures, and policies designed to strengthen business performance and reduce risk.
